The feeder also known as NNTP or in simpler terms USENET ACCESS is back online and now permanent!
I rebooted the feeder so that it is 100% gentleman compliant.
Perception is key and honesty always wins the race.. This is how we go another decade my friends! ♥️

Feeder doesn't support HEAD nor GROUP command yet, you will receive a disconnect until they are implemented.

All (public) TV channels have been checked from multiple locations and a great deal has been removed, enjoy 😉
We checked all the free public TV channels for any broken links using a few stupid lines of code. Keep it simple stupid is what I tell my manager if he complains about my code, it works every single time...
While double checking the NNTP service after yesterdays emergency maintenance, we saw degraded connection handling. A quick hack with the cleaver restored performance. Rest assured, last 2 weeks issues were out of our hands but we learned our lesson and have adapted as usual. Feel free to raise a ticket and complain, we can take it 🙂
NNTP has been very erratic this week. It's hard to pinpoint the exact issue at the moment. It seems a lot was removed recently and somewhere we are not efficiently handling this.
Keep this in mind and adjust accordingly and you will see good speeds. We are working on a solution.
